The Punch List

A little about the Artist

Here's a little diddy (bio) about me. I was born in 1957 and grew up in a small town south of Kansas City called Paola or (Dodge) as some of those I ran with would refer to it. I believe God gives everyone talents and those talents enable one to excel over another in that area but I also believe anyone can be taught to draw. Having said that I have always had the ability to to anything related to art and can catch on quite quickly to what I don't know and apply it. I have been blessed with so many that encouraged me along lifes way. When I got into High School I became really inspired through my art classes taught by Ron Layden ( I thought a very good teacher) and especially by the other artisit and their works and their creativity to their art. I can say that it was being around so many that were and are still very talented artist that I was able to get more motivated and challenged to improve and be more creative. Having such talent as a Dave Kelsey, Rodney Dozier,Lori Hasselrick, Lisa Sprigg, Gregg Knecht, Monica Halely, Steve Haley, Heather McMorris, Rob Hamm, Cam Mott these are but a few of those who work gave me the inspiration to explore and tap into my talent which I believe I have yet to fully tapped into.  I just love good art whether it's of me or of someone else's work and why I have this website and another site boyd-lieberman's-art.org as well. Do hope you enjoy the site and the links offered and if you likeand want to make a purchase just email me and I'll make prints of my work or we can contract for something original to be done. Chow
